I am a researcher and engineer focused on the intersection of Human-Computer Interaction and usable security & privacy.
My work spans building robust full-stack applications to conducting user studies on real-world adoption. I'm especially interested in Human–Computer Interaction and usable security/privacy, where design, trust, and usability matter just as much as technical strength.
I've worked on solving real operational and payment-flow challenges by building full-stack applications, like an institute learning management system that streamlines attendance and supports live-session integrations, and by developing mobile experiences such as a digital wallet app with KYC, QR payments, and agent tracking to improve verification and transactions.
My research goal is to understand technology through non-techinal people lens. I mainly focus on Human-Computer Interaction, especially in interviews and prototyping. I want to explore pathways for protecting and nurturing people's mental health through their continuous digital footprints. I believe technology shouldn't be limited to those with technical skills, but instead should be usable and accessible to everyone.

Exploring the Adoption of Email Encryption in Bangladesh: Awareness Levels, Challenges, and Usability Insights

Conducted a mixed-methods study on the usability and adoption challenges of email encryption tools among Bangladeshi users. Collected and analyzed survey data alongside in-depth usability testing to evaluate performance, workload, and user trust. Compared multiple encryption solutions using statistical and thematic analysis, and proposed a prototype addressing key usability barriers. Findings revealed a critical gap between security awareness and adoption in Bangladesh, highlighting the importance of usability and trust alongside technical robustness in secure communication systems.

Built an instructor + talent portal for matching, requests, and online classes. Implemented a custom attendance system and integrated Zoom + Google Meet session management.
Paymoor Digital Wallet
Developed frontend flows and API integrations for registration, login, and KYC verification. Enabled add-funds, cash-out via agents, agent discovery, and merchant QR payments.
